Thomas Stanley Holland, born June 1, 1996, is a British actor best known for his portrayal of Peter Parker / Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). His journey to global stardom began long before he donned the iconic red and blue suit.

Holland’s early life was steeped in the arts. He began attending dance classes at a young age, specifically hip-hop, which eventually led him to a role in Billy Elliot the Musical in London’s West End. He started as Michael, Billy’s best friend, before working his way up to the coveted lead role of Billy Elliot himself.
